Gerald D’Ambra is co-founder of On New Jersey.
Throughout his career in TV, Gerald has led projects developing shows for Cox Broadcasting, Sinclair, Fox, and Discovery Scripps. He is a former marketing and communications executive with a global technology company and a former TV News Anchor, Reporter, and Executive Producer.
Gerald led communications and marketing projects for global brands and secured national and local media placement. He has been nominated for Emmy Awards and won multiple AP awards for journalism.

Lisa Marie Falbo is a dynamic Emmy-nominated TV host, entrepreneur, and author based in New Jersey. As a partner at On New Jersey, she leads sales, marketing, and TV production. You can catch her hosting “Your New Jersey”, where her passion for the Garden State shines through.
Lisa Marie’s creative talents extend beyond ONNJ; she’s also a celebrated author, with her book “Ten Years Later” winning Best Fiction at the Independent Authors Book Expo. With over 15 years of experience in radio production for WFAN Sports Radio and the New York Giants Radio Network, Lisa Marie brings a wealth of expertise to every project.
A proud alumna of Montclair State University, she resides in New Jersey with her husband, Joseph, and their two children, infusing her work with her unique flair and dedication to her home state.

Laura Jones Laura Jones is one of the most respected names in political journalism. With more than two decades of experience, she currently hosts “New Jersey Politics with Laura Jones”; a weekly public affairs show for MeTV-WJLP New Jersey/New York.
Prior to that Ms Jones was with News 12 New Jersey where she served as reporter, anchor and host. There she help build the state house bureau in Trenton and co-hosted/co-produced “New Jersey Power & Politics” as well as Cablevison’s public affairs program “We’ve Got Issues”.
Ms Jones also spent three years at cn8 in Philadelphia where she was a political reporter and host of two Emmy- nominated programs “Diner Politics” and “The Battling Bills”. In 2004 Ms Jones received the Mid-Atlantic Emmy Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement, Best Talk Show Host. While at cn8 Ms Jones also served as fill-in host for the network’s flagship program “It’s Your Call”.
She started her television career as a desk assistant at NJN in Trenton for PBS and rose up to cover numerous Presidential Campaigns & Gubernatorial Elections as well as congressional and local races. The only thing that rivals her passion for politics is her commitment to family and her fierce advocacy in the field of autism. This mother of three teenagers currently lives in Lambertville and is a proud graduate of Florida State University.

Isaac “Izzy” Perez was born and raised in the City of Paterson, New Jersey. He has a vocational education from The Passaic County Technical Institute for Computer Science and Web Development. He currently has 15 years of experience as a Videographer and Photographer.
Izzy is a Multi-Published Photographer in both Fashion and Industry Publications, Emmy Nominated Videographer, and has been awarded by the New Jersey Society of Professional Journalist.
He currently serves as the Studio Operations for ONNJ and Media First Group, Social Media Manager for ONNJ, Techincal Director and Video Editor for ONNJ.

Alexis is a multifaceted asset to ONNJ, where she serves as both producer for “Your New Jersey” and administrator of Media First Group, where her organizational skills shine. Simultaneously, Alexis thrives as a Production Administrator at Long Shot Productions, managing diverse event productions. She is a proud alumna of James Madison University’s School of Media Arts and Design.

My name is Pamela Solovay. I’m a Christian woman married to my wonderful husband of 20 years, Michael. We have two amazing teenage
children, Samantha and Chase. I graduated from William Paterson with a BA in Communications in 1995. I’ve been working in television ever since.
I am an award winning Director at Media First Group. I love country music, especially my favorite band, Sawyer Brown. I also enjoy watching Nascar
and driving Chevy trucks. I am a huge NHL fan and you can always find me cheering on my Nashville Predators! Let’s go Preds.

Kaitlyn Giordano
Kaitlyn Giordano serves as the Technical Director and Video Editor for Media First Group, where she oversees the filming and editing of daily episodes of Update New Jersey. Kaitlyn graduated with honors from William Paterson University focusing in Media Production, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Prior to joining Media First Group, Kaitlyn gained valuable experience in television while working for Fox News and CNBC, where she honed her skills in studio and control room operations. Kaitlyn is a Documentary filmmaker and is the owner of Kay Visuals, a freelance photography company specializing in weddings and portraits.
In addition to her work in media production and photography, Kaitlyn is furthering her education by pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts. She is known for her creative approach, nerdy interests, and hardworking nature.

Mike Black
Born and raised in West Orange, Mike is a Rutgers University alum who entered the world of television when he graduated in 2008. He got his start working as a production assistant for the sports department at My9 in Secaucus. Over the next few years, he worked behind the scenes for national sports networks, like CBS Sports and MLB Network, where he won an Emmy Award for his work on “MLB Tonight” in 2010.
His on-air journey began in 2015, when he became the main anchor for an ABC/FOX affiliate in Northern California. After coming back to the east coast for three years to announce post-game highlights for MLB.com, Mike headed south to be the main anchor for the FOX affiliate in Huntsville, Alabama.
After years of chasing his dream in different parts of the U.S., Mike is happy to be doing what he loves back in his home state, while working for an awesome network like “On New Jersey”.
In addition to hosting “On Sports”, Mike works on World News Tonight at ABC News.

Cara Di Falco is an Emmy-Nominated host and producer. The only person to receive a nomination on the YouTube platform. A graduate of Rutgers University, Cara has reported New Jersey news, traffic, entertainment and weather for over a decade. Cara is also a chef, working as a culinary expert on networks such as QVC, as well as hosting her own show, cooking classes, pop-up dinners and culinary tours of Italy. A Jersey girl born and raised you’ll find her enjoying all the Garden State has to offer from food, to skiing, to the Jersey shore in her free time; all with her fur-baby Roxie by her side.

Mike Favetta
Mike Favetta is a board-certified meteorologist. He graduated Kean University with honors with a BS in Earth Science, Meteorology where he also teaches intro to meteorology as an adjunct professor. Lectures include meteorology and how economic supply chains are affected due to climate change and extreme weather events. On those topics, he has been invited as keynote speaker to conferences hosted by the United Nations in Belgium and Taiwan.
He worked as a broadcast meteorologist at News 12 New Jersey where he earned 2 Emmy Awards and 8 nominations in six years. Prof. Favetta founded WeatherPrep, a meteorological consulting firm based in New Jersey that has worked dozens of legal cases providing expert witness testimony for weather-related personal injury lawsuits. He has been the Chief Meteorologist of the New York City Marathon since 2010, and consults with large scale production companies for event weather safety. Mike Favetta is one of only a dozen or so meteorologists in the world to have earned both the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist seal as well as the highly coveted Certified Consulting Meteorologist seal from the American Meteorological Society.
In a highly publicized career shift, Mike resigned from his TV job in 2017 and moved to Milan, Italy, where he formed partnerships in climate change risk assessment and mitigation. He is the co-founder of the organization Climate Without Borders. He repatriated to the United States due to the pandemic in 2019, and later began making weekly appearances on the the NJ Morning Show (formerly NJ on Air) as meteorologist. He is the author of multiple peer-reviewed publications, and conference presentations have been delivered in both his native tongue and Italian. Mike was appointed to the Board of Directors of the International Association of Broadcast Meteorologists. Mike enjoys cooking, traveling and gardening with his wife Stephanie, and puppy Rocco.
